Am I pregnant?

Throughout life, many women of all ages get a pregnancy scare. Or maybe it is a miracle because you have been trying to get pregnant for a long time. Either way once you think your pregnant there are a few steps you need to go through.

  1. Don't Panic: Before you know for sure if you are pregnant don't go and have a nervous breakdown. What are my parents going to say? How will I finish school? The best thing for you to do is calm down and process everything that is happening. Each conflict you encounter will happen at a given time, it is not healthy to try and take them all on at once. For those who have been trying to get pregnant, don’t go out and start buying baby clothes or anything like that. The beginning of a pregnancy is a very delicate time. Until you are four months along it is possible that you can lose your baby, because of a miscarriage. Also up until that point you will not know that sex of the baby.
  2. Pay close attention to changes within your body. If you just had unprotected sex the night before don’t expect to start throwing up the very next day. It is going to take a couple weeks to start showing signs of pregnancy. Also the hormone HCG will not be present in your urine until right before your missed period.

Changes in your body that you should look out for
      • Swollen or tender breasts
      • More vaginal secretion (milky white)
      • Frequent urination
      • Constipation
      • Sensitivity to certain smells
      • Spotting of blood close to your period
      • Stomach pains
      • Headaches
      • Lack of motivation
  1.  If many of these signs are happening to you, the best route is to buy a pregnancy test. Though you might want to wait a little while because the HCG hormone won’t appear in a test yet. If the test comes up negative you still could be pregnant. I suggest you wait a week and take another one if your menstrual cycle has not occurred yet. If the first test comes up positive, you could take another one in a few days to be sure. But chances are the hormone has been detected and you are pregnant.

*The most significant signal that you are pregnant is a missed period *

Good Luck with everything. I hope it all works out for you.

Is my boyfriend cheating on me?

This question is very common. A lot of people sit and wonder and spend a lot of time thinking about if their significant other is doing them wrong. That is time you could be spending with your partner or even paying attention to the simple things in life.

You smell perfume on him.... or cologne on her ? Well ask them where they have been see if they have an explanation, nobody likes to be yelled at or came at in an argumentative way. Too many relationships are ended by suspicions and other unimportant things like facebook.

Talking to the person you are with is the only way you can really know if you are being cheated on, and if they are lieing to you about things. Its better to just not fight and stress it until you have proof. Why stress and ponder about things that are only going to come between the person you are with. If you look for the bad in people chances are you will find it.

Sexually always use condoms, you never know if the person you are with is being faithful so dont just get used to someone and stop using condoms. It is important to protect your self not only emotionally but also physically.

So hes coming home later then usual. She is staying at work longer. Is your relationship worth losing based on a haunch or suspection of cheating? Starting an argument every second just because you think something is going on is only going to come between you two.

Until your partner gives you a reason to not trust them you cannot doubt them. Never base a relationship on past experience, there is a reason you are not with your ex so why would you try and make those same problems in your new relationship?

Always remember to try and keep the arguments under radar, let the other person know how you feel, but NEVER come at them in a way where they feel threatened. It is an instinct to protect yourself when in harms way. Anyone who has been accused of cheating knows how it feels. Before acting always try to think of how you would feel if cornered and yelled at. It is always best to put yourself in someones shoes before you flip out on them.

Bottom line ... "Is your boyfriend Cheating?" ..... Well if he is then he most likely is not going to tell you, but if he isnt then treating him like he is will not make him stick around. You have to treat every person brand new, you cant have past feelngs and bring them into a new relationship. Remember you could be giving up the best, the realest, over something that isnt even true.

And for the people who catch their significant other in the act and have physical proof, do NOT stick around to get hurt again. They say they can change and that they truly care about you but in all noone can change someone who doesnt want to change. No matter what happens they arent faithful now, and as time goes on a relationship gets harder so they wont be faithful then.
